The Great Place to Work® Institute is a global research, training and consulting firm that assists organizations in identifying, creating and sustaining great workplaces through the development of high-trust office cultures.
Based on the results of a survey completed by the employees and a written submission outlining various best practices set by the organization, the program uses set criteria to provide data relative to the five trust building dimensions of a Great Place to Work®: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
Lakeside ranked 18th on the list of Medium-Sized Great Workplaces out of over 300 participating organizations. Other competition winners include 360 incentives, G Adventures, Google Inc, Capital One Canada, Trifit and Diageo Canada. This full list of winners was published in the April 10th edition of The Globe and Mail.

Additionally, Lakeside also received recognition, for the first time this year, on the list of Top 50 Best Workplace for Women, amongst medium, large and multinational organizations in Canada. Lakeside ranked 39th on the list this year.
