What you will be doing in the role of Compliance Administrator:
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the maintenance of Lakeside’s existing Compliance programs
  • Record Quality and H&S non-conformances and corrective actions in the business system; adhere to coding and responsibility assignment conventions
  • Disposition, correction, and verification of NCR’s within the timeframes specified
  • NCR review and follow-up with internal parties
  • Quality Doc pack/History docket, CoC, and supplier ITP review and approval in the business system
  • Assist with the creation and coordination of Quality and H&S communication, events, and training materials
  • Assist in the maintenance of customer compliance portals, reporting and analysis tools
  • Manage QA / H&S general inbox
  • Quote quality services/products
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge and skills required for the role:
  • College Diploma in Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
  • One to Two (1-2) years of experience in Quality Administration, Quality Control or Health and Safety
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PDF Exchange)
  • Results oriented
  • Customer oriented
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and able to lift up to 25 lbs. with minimal assistance
