Lakeside’s in‑house testing facilities provide complete safety relief valve refurbishment under a National Board VR‑certified quality program, compliant with TSSA and local jurisdiction regulations. We are certified to repair ASME Section I and Section XIII relief valves and use only OEM parts supported by in‑house machining. Accurate testing is performed using our Lift Assist Device equipped with a 0–3000 psi pressure transducer and a 0–5000 lbf load cell, ensuring reliable, repeatable results.

As a member of the Emerson Impact Partner and Premier Service Provider, Lakeside delivers OEM-certified valve services with factory support, genuine parts, and access to a $250M North American partner inventory.

Lakeside operates 6 service and production facilities totaling more than 60,000 sqft, including full machine shop capabilities staffed by experienced technicians to support your pressure safety valve needs. With depot and field service repairs available at every location, we deliver support to ensure safe, reliable operations across Ontario (excluding the Ottawa Valley), Manitoba, and the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut.

Field Services

Lakeside’s Mechanical Service Team delivers reliable, timely field support for safety relief valves throughout their operating life, including installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of damaged or degraded equipment.

Our factory‑trained technicians perform safety relief valve rebuilds in the field or at our service facilities, restoring valves to like‑new condition. We offer OEM upgrades and conversions, backed by a 12‑month warranty on upgrades and Class A repairs. On‑site services include steam testing and certification using our AVK lift assist device, as well as asset management support to keep your valves safe and ready for service.

Depot Services

Lakeside provides dedicated safety relief valve testing, repair, and refurbishment services supported by high‑bay service facilities with up to 5‑ton lift capacity. Our technicians perform efficient, safe repairs using OEM parts, in‑house machining, and custom fabrication to support valve retrofits and automation requirements. All work is completed under the National Board VR/TO program and complies with TSSA regulations, ensuring your relief valves are returned to service ready for operation.

Emergency & Demand Services

When planning is not possible, our service technicians are ready for dispatch and repair. We provide customers with the capacity and competency to repair valves. Local service technicians to help support your needs.
