The Flexim FLUXUS G631 BA is a portable transit-time ultrasonic flow meter for all kinds of gases and liquids.



The Flexim FLUXUS G631 is a portable clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter that measures the flow of virtually any gas and liquid using the proven transit-time correlation technique. The ultrasonic transducers are clamped onto the outside of the pipe, eliminating the need to cut into the pipe or interrupt the process during installation. The system delivers highly accurate readings and provides inherently bi-directional measurement of both operational and standard volume flows.

As the transducers are mounted externally, the system does not suffer from wear, fouling, or clogging, does not introduce any leak risk, and does not cause pressure loss inside the pipe. The integrated Dynamic Gas Meter function enables the meter to calculate the media properties of the gas being measured. With the FLUXUS 631 family, Emerson also offers portable flow and energy meters for gases, liquids, and steam.
