Lakeside has officially been named one of the Best Workplaces in Canada by the Great Place to Work® Institute for 2016! We landed in the 31st position on the list along-side other medium-sized employers like FreshBooks and Kicking Horse Coffee. We are also very proud to announce that we have once again made the Great Place to Work for Women® list! Our position on the 2016 Best Workplaces in Canada for Women list is 48.
The Great Place to Work® Institute is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organizations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust office cultures. Competing organizations are graded on the five trust building dimension of a Great Place to Work®: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
