Agenda - Afternoon

Presentations and AMS Machine Works Sessions will be happening concurrently.
Feel free to move between rooms to attend what interests you!
APC projects are known for their quick payback and relatively low capital investment requirements. However, achieving and sustaining that value can pose several challenges. This session will guide you through the process of deploying APC throughout your facility for the first time. We’ll also cover how to unlock additional value by coordinating your APC controllers and how to maintain it to ensure its continued delivery of value for years to come.

Presenter: Ian Ignatiuk, Solutions Consultant, Industrial Software & Applications at Spartan
Every operation today is facing similar pressures to do more, go faster, hit higher targets, all while experiencing the largest turnover in experienced personnel in many generations. We will explore how a Digital Twin can help your plant to achieve these goals, while helping to smooth the challenges of staff turnover. The session will include an overview of what a Digital Twin is, how it can be used to help you, and some example cases to define the value customers like you have uncovered with a Digital Twin.

Presenter: Dan Ogden, Solutions Manager - Laurentide/Atlantic Controls
The AMS Machine Works v2.2 session will include a live demo and a forward‑looking software roadmap, showcasing how the platform is evolving toward a more scalable, workflow‑driven machinery health solution. The demo will focus on a few key enhancements— such as AMS2140 support, adaptive speed management, and simplified machine‑train configuration—to illustrate reduced engineering effort and improved diagnostic confidence. The roadmap will then outline upcoming releases and priorities, highlighting how v2.2 serves as a foundational step toward advanced reporting, deeper analytics, and automation capabilities in future versions.

AMS Machine Works is Emerson's next-gen machinery health software that is the successor to the legacy AMS Machinery Manager software. Emerson has been rapidly developing and releasing version updates to the AMS Machine Works software along with a migration tool for migrating AMS Machinery Manager install base customers.

Through these version updates AMS Machine Works software now provides customers a platform for comprehensive vibration monitoring of their entire plant from critical equipment to essential to balance of plant by integrating online monitoring, edge analytics, wireless vibration and portable vibration into a single database.

Emerson still has a very active roadmap planned for AMS Machine Works for additional efficiency and analytics tools like: alarm tuning, AI analytics, advanced reporting, alarm notifications, etc.

Presenters:
Drew Mackley, Director of Sales Enablement, Emerson Reliability Solutions at Emerson
Curtis smith, solutions specialist at lakeside process controls
